Flow Enterprise Dashboard: Filtering your Data

Depending on where your organisation lies within the Enterprise hierarchy, you see different insights.
Head Office: Can see insights of all branches (sub-organisations) and agents, i.e. all campaign insights
Branch: Can see the insights of this branch only, and not from other branches
The filters are located at the top of the dashboard. Note, that depending on which organisation/user you are, the dashboard will only show data that you are permitted to see. For example if you are a user in one of the branches, you will not be able to use the "Branch Name" filter to see the data for another organisation.
In order to toggle any of the filters, click on the dropdown arrows/white box. The available filters are:
Date range: filter for campaigns based on date ranges where they were running
Branch name: only useful if the user belongs to more than one branch, or a head office, or administrative role
Status: filter by campaign activity type, namely Active or Paused campaigns
Agent Name: campaigns related to specific clients/agents
