The contents page is populated via a listing feed which is updated every 3 hours, or it is manually uploaded, or manually added on the Flow App. It is important to note that if the feed is synced as per first option, then any manual edits will be wiped when a data refresh occurs.

The fourth navigation menu option will bring one to this page. There are two relevant sections on this page: Listings (the products being advertised), and Agents (the agents selling the products). The two sections are similar in structure, where one can filter via a variety of fields, one can preview the landing page associated with the content, edit any information, delete content, or add manual content. One can easily change between the two sections by clicking either "Listings" or "Agents" in the grey box above the filters.
