SETTINGS
The settings page is located on the 7th option on the navigation menu. As the name suggests, it is the location where account, organisation, user and channel settings can be changed.
Note, that not all options that are covered in this section will be possible for users of all hierarchies (for example Admin vs Agent) to edit. This is done on purpose to avoid any unwanted changes. If any of the settings in this section are not available for you to change, we recommend that you contact your admin to implement any changes, or to get in touch with Flow via the "?" icon.
