General Section: Organisation, Enquiries, Colors, Address, Partners Settings

The General section is a place where a number of settings can be changed. To get here, click on the first section in the grey bar at the top labelled "General". To toggle any of the settings here, click on the dropdown arrows to expand the options.
Organisation
Here one can change:
a) The name of the organisation
b) Organisation type (default or Enterprise)
c) Head Office toggle*: this is applicable if an Enterprise for example has multiple sub-organisations, and the main Enterprise that encompasses the sub-organisations needs an identifier that it is the Head Office
d) Head Office Organisation: this is off if the "Type" (b)) is default. If it is an enterprise, this option is relevant for the sub-organisations where they can input which Enterprise is the Head Office Organisation
e) Privacy Policy URL: this is optional, in case one wants to include a URL that outlines provacy policies
f) Default listings URL: this is optional, the main listing URL where all listings are found
*g) Is Portal: this option becomes available if "Head Office" (d)) is toggled on. Toggle on if applicable to the organisation
Remember to click Save when the needed changes are implemented.
Enquiry notification
Here one can change:
a) Enquiry email notifications to enquirer Toggle: toggle on if you would like the enquirer to get an email when they send an enquiry on an ad
b) Enquiry sms notifications to enquirer Toggle: toggle on if you like the enquirer to get an sms when they send an enquiry to an ad
c) Enquiry email notifications to agent Toggle: toggle on if you would like the agent to get an email when an enquiry is made on an ad
d) Enquiry sms notifications to agent Toggle: toggle on if you would like the agent to get an sms when an enquiry is made on an ad
e) Default notification recipient: this is only required if either c) or d) are switched on. Here one needs to select a user who by default will receive these notifications.
Click Save when you are done making alterations.
Who is in CC for enquiry email notifications
Here one can change:
a) Email: this is optional, but in this option add the email address of anyone outside the organisation that you would potentially like to also receive enquiry notifications. Below the email, it is useful to check one of the boxes so that a tag is applied which describes who the CC is.
Don't forget to click Add to add the contact
b) Added list: this is a list of any added CC emails with their tags. From here you can remove any tags, or delete the contact entirely by clicking Delete
Localisation
Here one can change:
a) Country: This is required, the country where the organisation is based needs to be selected from the drop-down
b) Currency: This is required, but this changes by default depending on the country chosen in a)
c) Language: This is required, select a language from the drop-down
Click Save when you are done.
Colours
Here one can change:
a) Primary colour: When clicking on the colour, one can customise the primary colour that represents the organisation. This is used for generating ads in the same colour feel as the organisation.
b) Secondary colour: When clicking on the colour, one can customise the secondary colour that represents the organisation. This is used for generating ads in the same colour feel as the organisation.
c) Button text colour: When clicking on the colour, one can customise the text colour that represents the organisation. This will be used on any buttons on the ad.
d) White label landing pages: When toggling this on, the landing pages of the ads (which viewers click one) will also be coloured in the selections of a)-c)
e. White label platform: If this is toggled on, the Flow App will also appear in the same colour scheme as a)-c)
Click Save when you are done.
Address
Here one can change:
a) Show Full Address: this is the only toggle. This relates to whether one wants the landing page of an ad to show the full address of where the listing is located.
Click Save when you are done.
Show partners
Here one can change:
a) Show Partners: the only toggle in this option is to show partners. When turned on it will show Flow partners on the landing page of the associated ads.
Click Save when you are done.
Partner Referrals
Here one can change:
a) Show Partner Referrals: this is the only option. If toggled on, other potential agents can join Flow via referral. Anyone that uses your referral can be rewarded referral fees.
