View feed listings with Flow
How do my listings get onto Flow? How often does this happen if I have a syncing option? How can I check my listings?
Flow can fully integrate listing feeds to allow your listings to become ads automatically on Facebook and Instagram.
Flow pulls all listings from your feed generally every 3 hours. In that operation, Flow:
Adds new listings
Updates existing listings with any changes to price, description, features, images or status
Removes listings that are not returned (both for archived and deleted listings)
Updates any agent profile information
Flow pushes listings to Facebook feed approximately every 4 hours
Adds new listings
Updates existing listings with any changes to price, description, features, images or status
Removes listings archived/deleted or flagged as SOLD
How do you check which listings have pulled through to Flow?
This can be done by going to the Content page and to search for a recently changed listing.
How can I confirm which listings are being shown in my Facebook/Instagram ads?
Your Flow account manager will send you a preview link just before Flow goes live with your campaign. The link will open up in your Facebook feed where you can scroll through a selection of the properties picked up in the set rules. It will appear as follows:
The properties selected in the carousel in this ad would be:
Specific properties you requested to be advertised
A list of properties based on rules such as: price brackets, certain areas, configuration, mandate types, time on the market, or others
Facebook/Instagram users who Flow targets will see this carousel which they will scroll left and right before clicking through and enquiring. Only people living within the specified geo target (a radius around your suburbs) will see this ad unless they are being retargeted.
